"Recently escaped convicts" on the run with train songs and bicycles, Bianca and Charlie hang out on the HSU Quad and the Arcata Plaza entertaining and informing passerbys about the Annie and Mary Rail Trail that will connect Blue Lake to Arcata.

They can be seen doing live performances around noon on either the HSU Quad or the Arcata Plaza.
